These Terms of Service govern your use of the indirici.net website and the Mediora Android application (package name app.mediora.android), collectively referred to as "the Service". By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for:

• Saving publicly available content for personal, offline viewing
• Saving your own content from social media platforms
• Educational and research purposes consistent with fair use

2. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Save private, friends-only, or otherwise restricted content without authorization
• Infringe on intellectual property rights or copyrights
• Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit content saved through the Service
• Harass, stalk, or harm individuals
• Violate any applicable laws or the terms of service of the source platforms
• Circumvent security measures, authentication, or platform access controls
• Perform abusive automated scraping that exceeds the published per-user quota (see Section 7)

Mediora Premium's batch download feature is permitted use under these Terms when operated within the published quota. Bulk downloading that stays within quota is considered personal convenience, not abusive scraping.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Content accessed through the Service belongs to its original creators. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable copyright laws and the terms of the source platforms. The Service does not grant you any rights to the content you save. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability.

4. Public Content Only

The Service is designed exclusively for publicly accessible content. We do not support saving private, friends-only, or restricted content. Attempting to access private content is a material breach of these Terms.

5. Mediora Premium Subscription

Mediora Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold exclusively through Google Play Billing. Current price and billing period are disclosed in-app and on the Google Play store listing. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via Google Play → Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: contact support@indirici.net within 14 days of the initial purchase for a refund coordinated through Google Play.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, completeness or accuracy of results, or compatibility with every URL. Source platforms may change their systems at any time, which may temporarily or permanently affect the Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any source platform.

7. Rate Limits & Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users, the Service enforces per-user quotas:

• Web (free): up to 10 extraction requests per minute per IP address
• Mediora app, free tier: up to 5 extraction requests per 15 minutes per device
• Mediora app, Premium tier: up to 50 extraction requests per 15 minutes per device

Attempting to circumvent these limits — including but not limited to clearing app data, spoofing device identifiers, or using automation to distribute requests across multiple identities — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent blocking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirici.net and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including without limitation loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 6, 8, 10, and 11) shall survive.

10. Changes to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international and local law. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is located, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
