Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice & Takedown Policy

Last updated: April 24, 2026

This policy applies to both the indirici.net website and the Mediora Android application (package name app.mediora.android). We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid copyright infringement notices received for either product.

Important Note

The indirici.net Service and the Mediora app are technical tools that access publicly available content from third-party platforms. We do not host, store, cache, or distribute any media files on our own infrastructure. All content accessed through the Service originates from the original platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest, Twitch, Bilibili).

For content removal requests, you should primarily contact the original platform where the content is hosted (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Twitter).

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to:

Email: dmca@indirici.net

Required Information

Your DMCA notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, address, phone)
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. The specific URL(s) where the allegedly infringing content can be found through our Service
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  6. Your electronic or physical signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was incorrectly targeted by a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@indirici.net. The counter-notification must comply with DMCA requirements.

Repeat Infringers

We will block access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright, consistent with our policy and the DMCA safe harbor provisions. For the Mediora app this may include blocking the device-level install identifier used for quota enforcement.

Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days. For takedown requests concerning the Mediora Android app, you may additionally report the app directly to Google Play via the Google Legal Help Center.
